Highlanders to play against Zimbabwe Warriors

Zimbabwe's senior national team, the Zimbabwe national football team, will face Highlanders FC in an exhibition match at Barbourfields Stadium on Wednesday.

The fixture forms part of the Warriors' preparations ahead of the upcoming Four Nations Tournament in Botswana, where they are set to compete against Botswana national football team, Zambia national football team, and Malawi national football team.


According to the Zimbabwe Football Association, the match is designed not only as a warm-up encounter but also as a celebration of football and the strong connection between fans and the game.

Affordable ticket pricing has been set to encourage turnout, with students paying US$1, while general entry for the rest of the ground starts at US$5, making it accessible for a wide range of supporters.
