Police Gun Down Two Armed Robbers

By A Correspondent – The Zimbabwe Republic Police has confirmed a shooting incident involving suspected armed robbers in Gweru on Thursday night, which left two suspects dead.


In a brief statement, the police said, “The Zimbabwe Republic Police confirms a shootout incident with armed robbery suspects in Gweru tonight, resulting in two robbers being shot dead.”


Authorities added that more details surrounding the incident will be made public soon, stating, “The ZRP will release detailed information on 20th March 2026.”
